Yes! Just Choose Join as Doctor Option. A Doctor/Nurse Profile lets you visit patients online, prescribe meds, receive appointments, post job openings, apply for job openings, etc.

Is It Possible to Join as a Clinic?

Yes! The Hospital Profile Lets You Customize Services and Features Offered by Your Clinic Such as Virtual Consultations, etc.

Can I Teach as a Doctor/Nurse/Hospital/Clinic?

With an active account, you have an option of becoming a Tutor Via Our eLearning Portal to Virtually Coach Patients on Relevant Interventions Such as Diet Modification, Mental Illness Coping Strategies, etc.

How Do I Access my Tutor Dashboard?

Visit our homepage, navigate to the header menu, then to Courses, underneath courses, select dashboard. This is where you can access your Dashboard.

Which Medical Insurance Does Your Platform Accept?

Jubilee, NHIF, UAP, Britam, PSC, Kenyan Alliance Madison, AAR, Minet (case by case), Safari Park, GA, CIC.

How long do I get support?

Follow-ups varies depending on your doctor/nurse/clinic or hospital existing service delivery timeline. Always confirm with your favorite caregiver.

Do I need to renew my license?

We encourage every Healthcare Professional to Update their Praticising Licences with their respective Medical Licensing Bodies.

What are spaces in appointments?

Spaces mean that how many patients a doctor will check in the time slot. Like if the doctor has a time slot from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and spaces are 3 then the doctor will check 3 patients in 1 hour(9:00 AM to 10:00 AM).
